Our Team

All For Sport have a team of experienced PE specialists, teachers and coaches who operate to a very high standard.

Our PE specialists, teachers and coaches have a range of sporting degrees, all coaches hold a minimum of a NGB Level 2 coaching qualification and all of our team have an enhanced DBS.

All schools engaging All For Sport, can be assured of Ofsted compliance as we create a portfolio for our coaches , which includes; qualifications, DBS checks and public liability insurances.

Continuous Professional Development

All For Sport have developed strong links with the Local Education Authority, County Sports Partnerships and School Sports Partnerships.

Our coaches regularly attend CPD sessions both inhouse and through external providers.

Paul Barnfather

Managing Director

Managing Director, Paul is an experienced professional coach educator at KS1 and KS2, and has been instrumental in developing the professional standards of his coaching team in schools, with learning and progress, being the key outcomes.
Paul is the head coach of The Old Elizabethans Cricket Club (Barnet) and was nominated by Middlesex for the 'Nat West Outstanding Services to Cricket Award' in 2008, Since 2009 Paul has been working as a coach mentor for the Middlesex Cricket Board.

Paul is a qualified advance fitness instructor and is also qualified to teach a wide range of sports including:

Level II
Cricket

Level I
Athletcis, Basketball, Cricket, Football, Handball, Orienteering, Rugby, Tag Rugby, Quicksticks and Tennis

Paul has also completed several Sports Coach UK courses. These include FUNdamentals of Movement, Safeguarding & Protecting Children, Equity in Coaching, Epipen Training, Advanced Motor Skills, Managing Challenging Behavior, Paediatric First Aid and has an enhanced DBS check.
